Update on Our Latest Creatine Formulations

At Lelantos Fibre, Inc., our goal has never been to put creatine into a novelty format. The goal is to build a better, more practical way to take meaningful amounts of creatine, without another scoop, shaker bottle, or chalky drink.

That work has led us to several new formulations currently in development, each built around creatine but designed for a different use case:

• Creatine + Caffeine + L-Theanine: our Creatine Energy Straw

• Creatine + Alpha GPC: a creatine and focus-oriented option

• Creatine + Caffeine + Alpha GPC: our most performance-oriented energy and focus formulation

Formulating With Creatine Is Not Easy

Creatine is one of the most researched and widely used sports-nutrition ingredients available. It is also difficult to formulate well.

The challenge is not simply getting creatine into a product. The real challenge is delivering a meaningful amount while making the experience convenient, stable, and pleasant enough that people will actually want to use it consistently.

Creatine has a distinct mineral-like taste that can become more noticeable as dose levels increase. It can also create texture and dissolution challenges that are very different from ordinary flavored beverage products. A weak flavor system does not solve that problem. In many cases, it simply creates a sweet product that still tastes strongly like creatine.

Our development work has focused on balancing several competing priorities:

• Managing creatine's natural taste profile

• Maintaining fast, practical use in a beverage

• Creating flavor systems that do not become overly sweet or artificial

That has required extensive iteration. The finished experience depends on more than flavor alone. It involves how the ingredients are layered, how they dissolve, how the beverage carries the flavor, and how the full formula performs from the first sip through the end of the drink.

A More Flexible Creatine Platform

The newest formulations show where the Creatine Straw platform can go beyond a standard creatine product.

Our original focus has been simple: make it easier to take creatine every day. But not everyone wants the same experience from a creatine product.

The Creatine Energy Straw combines creatine with 125 mg of caffeine and L-Theanine.

This is designed as a more energized option for people who want their creatine routine to fit naturally into a pre-workout, gym, workday, or afternoon performance routine. The objective is not to turn creatine into an extreme stimulant product. It is to offer a practical, balanced option for people who already use caffeine and want fewer separate products to manage.

Creatine + Alpha GPC

Our Creatine + Alpha GPC formulation is being developed for customers looking for a more focus-oriented option without caffeine.

This concept is especially interesting for people who train later in the day, avoid stimulants, or simply prefer to separate their creatine routine from caffeine. It gives us a way to build a more intentional performance product while preserving flexibility around when and how it is used.

Creatine + Caffeine + Alpha GPC

The third formulation combines creatine, 125 mg of caffeine, and Alpha GPC.

This is our most ambitious concept so far: a Creatine Straw designed around both energy and focus. It is intended for customers who want more from a single daily product, while still keeping the experience simple and portable.

The challenge with this type of formula is that every added active ingredient creates another taste, stability, and usability consideration. The answer is not simply adding more sweetener or stronger flavor. It requires a complete system designed to work together.

What Comes Next

We are continuing to refine these formulations with a focus on taste, consistency, and real-world usability. We are not interested in releasing products that sound good on a label but fail when someone actually puts one in a glass of water.

The technology behind Creatine Straws gives us meaningful flexibility. It allows us to explore different active ingredient combinations, flavor directions, and use occasions while keeping the core benefit intact: a more convenient way to take creatine.

We will share more as these formulations move closer to release. For now, the direction is clear: Creatine Straws are becoming more than a single-product idea. They are becoming a flexible platform for creatine, energy, focus, and everyday performance.
