About Our Creatine Straws

Creatine Straws are a new way to take creatine without having to scoop powder, mix drinks, or clean a shaker bottle. Each straw delivers a full 5-gram serving of creatine monohydrate as you sip your beverage. Just place the straw into water or another suitable drink and use it like a normal straw.
